These pages and the documents referred to in them (together, the “Terms and Conditions”) are intended to tell you about us, our services, and our and your responsibilities when you access and use our website or mobile applications (“Site”) or make any booking through our Site.

If you access or use our Site, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, so make sure you read through them carefully. You should pay particular attention to the section called “Our Liability”, as this excludes or limits our legal liability in connection with your use of our services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Site.

We update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so remember to check back in before you use our services in case anything has changed. Notification of any changes will be made by posting new terms onto the Site. • If you are using ShowMyPark’s Mobile Payment Service, our Mobile Payment Terms & Conditions will apply.
• If you are parking in a ShowMyPark Car Park, our Car Park Terms & Conditions will apply.
• If you book a parking space through the Site, our Driver Agreement will apply.
• If you are a parking space owner and you rent your parking space with us, our Parking Space Owner Agreement will apply.

Registration

1. Membership is open to any individual who chooses to register with the Site. Registration with the Site is currently free, however, to become a registered user, you will have to provide some basic personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use the personal information you provide to us on registration.
2. You agree that all information supplied on registration or otherwise during your use of the Site is true and accurate and will be kept up to date at all times. We may use the information provided to us to contact you in relation to your application and to administer your membership.
3. You may not have more than one registration, and we reserve the right at our discretion to delete or cancel the membership of any person who, in our opinion, possesses more than one registration at any time.
4. You must not allow any other person to use your registration. You may not impersonate any other person in any registration, whether or not that other person is a user of the Site.
5. You may cancel your membership at any time by sending us an email telling us you wish to cancel your registration. Termination of your membership will be effective once we confirm cancellation.
6. We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without notice if, in our opinion, you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

Use and Abuse of the Site

1. You may not use the Site to publish any offensive, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal information or content.
2. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove any content from the Site, terminate your registration or membership, and restrict your access to our services at any time for any reason.
3. We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with our express written consent.
4. If you are informed that you will no longer be entitled to access the services, you will not be entitled to register again, and you will no longer have permission to use the Site.

Advertising and Commercial Use

1. Users of the Site are not entitled to directly advertise to or solicit the custom of other users without our express written consent.
2. You are not entitled to resell or commercially exploit the Site’s contents other than content you have posted. 3. We will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the Site will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the services will be fault-free.
5. Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.

1. The Site may include links to other websites or material which are beyond its control. We are not responsible for content on any website other than the Site.
2. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

2. By displaying user-generated content on this Site, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, transferable, and worldwide license to use such content for any business purposes, even following termination of your registration or membership.
3. We do not screen user-generated content, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Users are asked not to publish defamatory, misleading, or offensive content. Any user responsible for such content will be personally liable for any damages arising.
4. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
